This 1.2MW CSSC heavy fuel oil HFO generator is built specially for offshore island crude power stations. Adopting CSSC marine-grade heavy fuel engine and multi-stage fuel filtration system, it can burn low-cost crude / HFO to slash long-term fuel expenditure, ideal for remote islands without stable fuel supply. For remote offshore islands with abundant crude oil resources but expensive diesel supply, heavy fuel oil (HFO / crude oil) generator is the most economical power solution. This 1.2MW CSSC HFO generator set from Aike Power is developed on CSSC mature heavy fuel engine platform, widely adopted for island independent power plants.

Different from ordinary diesel generators that only run on light diesel, this HFO unit supports heavy fuel oil and crude oil combustion, with matched multi-stage fuel separator, heater and filter assembly to guarantee stable fuel delivery and protect engine core parts. The whole unit features strong fuel adaptability, low operation cost and long service cycle for 24h continuous prime power.

Aike Power is experienced in turnkey HFO power plant construction. For island projects, we can supply single 1.2MW CSSC HFO genset, or design 2~10 units parallel power station within 1MW~200MW capacity.

We integrate complete auxiliary system: HFO storage tank, fuel heating & purification skid, waste heat recovery system, exhaust silencer, high-voltage distribution cabinet and remote SCADA monitoring. We optimize anti-salt spray, anti-corrosion coating for marine island corrosive atmosphere.

12 months or 800 running hours warranty for the CSSC HFO generator core unit. Consumable filter, separator and fuel heating parts belong to wearing parts. We provide CSSC original heavy fuel spare parts globally. Long-term operation & maintenance contract is available for island power plant EPC clients.
