Product Description

This 1.5MW containerized gas generator set adopts skid rail pre-assembly technology. The whole genset is fully mounted on the steel skid frame before loading into the insulated container, greatly simplifying on-site installation work for Russia remote power projects.

The container is tailor-made for Russia frigid environment. The container door adopts 5cm thick thermal insulation structure to prevent freezing and frost penetration. Multiple constant temperature heating plates and heating air conditioner are installed inside the cabin, to maintain stable internal ambient temperature for all electrical & gas components under sub-zero climate.

Inside the insulated container, all auxiliary parts are professionally arranged and fixed:

• Gas inlet valve group for gas pressure regulation
• Gas leak detection device for real-time gas leakage monitoring
• Genset intelligent controller for operation monitoring
• Motorized louver, easy manual & automatic operation for ventilation control
• 4 side-mounted exhaust fans for internal heat dissipation
• Horizontal radiator mounted on the top of container for cooling circulation

Every component inside the container is pre-wired, pre-piped and fixed at factory. After arrival at Russia project site, users only need to connect gas pipeline and power cable to put the power station into operation. The complete internal assembly design reduces site construction work and lowers failure risks in cold region.

The unit is powered by Yuchai YC16VCG gas engine, matched with Firstall brushless synchronous alternator. It is designed for long-time continuous operation for natural gas power station projects in Russia.

8. Warranty Commitment

Warranty period: 12 months or 1500 working hours, whichever comes first, starting from the date of goods arrival at Russia project site.

We supply spare parts for all internal components (heating plate, gas detector, valve group, exhaust fan, controller) after sales. Provide remote technical guidance for component installation, debugging and maintenance.
