If your industrial park owns stable pipeline natural gas supply and you aim to cut energy cost while meeting both electricity and heat demand, this 160kW SDEC natural gas CHP generator set is a high-efficiency continuous power solution.
This gas genset adopts genuine SDEC (Shanghai Diesel Engine) gas engine platform, designed for long-running prime power operation instead of only emergency standby use. Different from diesel generator sets, it burns clean pipeline natural gas, and can be integrated with CHP waste heat recovery system to recycle exhaust heat for heating, hot water or production process heating, greatly improving overall energy efficiency.
Aike Power equips the unit with dedicated gas supply valve group, gas leakage detection alarm system, explosion-proof protection and intelligent controller, to guarantee safe operation inside factories and industrial zones. We support custom configuration of parallel system, remote monitoring, silencer and heat exchanger module according to the park’s energy layout.

1. Warranty scope: 12 months or 1000 running hours from delivery, whichever comes first.
2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects of SDEC gas engine, alternator, main controller and standard safety detection devices.
3. We supply English operation manual, gas system schematic drawing and online remote technical guidance for gas unit commissioning.
4. Original SDEC spare parts can be arranged for global industrial project sites.
5. Exclusions: Damage caused by improper gas pressure, wrong fuel, unqualified pipeline construction, mis-operation or regular wearing parts are not covered by warranty.
