1.5MW Custom Containerized Yuchai YC16VCG Gas Generator | Russia Industrial Zone Project Case

Aike Power completed a tailor-made power station solution for a heavy industrial zone project in Russia: one unit of 1.5MW containerized gas generator set. This power unit adopts cost-effective Yuchai YC16VCG V16 gas engine paired with Firstall Power QYI series brushless alternator.
This large container genset is fully customized to survive Russia’s frigid winter conditions. The container is equipped with a horizontal water tank radiator mounted on the roof, supporting matched gas valve groups and integrated intelligent controller. Four exhaust fans are installed beside container doors. Inside the container, multiple constant-temperature heating plates, heating air conditioner, gas detection safety devices and motorized louver shutters are pre-installed. The container door uses 50mm thick insulation structure to resist frost and freezing.
The first shipment batch includes 3 container gensets to be delivered to the Russia project site. Additional units can be supplied later to match the future growth of on-site power demand.

Continuous on-site industrial power supply under ultra-low temperature environment

50mm thick insulated container door, multiple built-in constant heating plates and heating air conditioner. It maintains stable internal temperature and protects the whole power system from freeze damage during long periods of sub-zero temperature in Russia.

The genset is pre-assembled on skid rails inside container for simple transport and fast on-site commissioning. The combination of side exhaust fans, motorized louver shutters and top horizontal radiator builds a reliable heat management system for continuous gas power generation.

Equipped with gas concentration detection alarm, matched gas valve group and intelligent controller. It monitors running status and gas leakage in real time, fully meets Russian industrial safety codes for gas power plants.
