150kW SDEC Trailer Natural Gas Generator, Mobile Gas Power Unit | Aike Power

This 150kW SDEC trailer-mounted natural gas generator is a fully mobile power unit for field operation. Powered by SDEC gas engine, it can run on pipeline natural gas, wellhead gas, biogas and methane. Built on heavy-duty mobile trailer, it can be towed quickly to remote gas well sites and pipeline construction zones. Aike Power provides gas power customization from small units up to 200MW power plants.

For temporary field projects along natural gas pipelines and remote wellhead sites where fuel transport is difficult, mobile gas generator is the optimal power option. This 150kW SDEC trailer natural gas generator integrates gas engine, alternator, control panel and fuel safety valve onto a heavy-duty mobile trailer.

Unlike stationary gas generators, the trailer chassis with shock absorption and braking system allows flexible towing and rapid relocation. The SDEC gas engine features stable combustion, low emission and good adaptability for wellhead raw gas, biogas and pipeline natural gas. Equipped with gas leakage detector, flameout protection and explosion-proof safety components, it meets the safety requirement of gas field working environment.

Aike Power supplies full gas power solutions. We can supply single 150kW trailer gas genset, or design multi-gas-generator parallel power plant for biogas projects, covering 3kW small gas unit up to 200MW large biogas / natural gas power station.

Optional upgrades: explosion-proof electric parts, low-temperature preheating system for cold region, remote cloud monitoring, silencer and gas pressure regulating valve skid. We adjust the gas intake system according to methane concentration of biogas / raw well gas.

12 months or 1000 running hours warranty for SDEC gas engine and alternator. Gas filter, rubber hose and sensors are wearing spare parts. We provide SDEC original gas engine spare parts and professional gas system debugging guide. Long-term site technical service is available for pipeline EPC orders.
