This biogas genset adopts dedicated Yuchai gas engine modified for biogas fuel, matched with gas pressure regulating valve group, dehydration & desulfurization pretreatment interface and gas leakage detection interlock system. It consumes biogas produced from animal manure fermentation, supply power for farm feeding equipment, water pump, lighting and biogas fermentation tank heating, helping farms reduce grid electricity cost and realize waste recycling.

Aike Power can configure heat recovery CHP module to reuse jacket water and exhaust heat for biogas digester heating. Multi-unit parallel system is available when the biogas yield increases later.
