Advanced core technologies are deployed for clean and stable gas combustion: lean‑burn strategy, high‑energy capacitor ignition module, Yuchai‑patented combustion chamber, high‑efficiency turbocharger and closed‑loop oxygen‑sensor air‑fuel‑ratio control. These features realize precise air‑gas ratio regulation, consistent performance and low exhaust emissions.

Yuchai‑patented rear gear‑housing with point‑line meshing gear design plus four‑valve technology effectively cuts mechanical noise, exhaust noise and exhaust temperature of the powertrain. It offers operator‑friendly operation and reduced environmental impact.

Patented cylinder liner, piston ring and valve‑seal technologies significantly reduce lube‑oil consumption. The lube‑oil service interval can extend to over 1,000 operating hours.
