The AP2250 open type generator set is a heavy-duty prime & standby power solution powered by authentic Perkins 4016TAG2A 16-cylinder industrial engine, independently developed and assembled by AIKE POWER. Rated at prime power 2000kVA (1600kW) and standby emergency power 2250kVA (1800kW), this open-frame genset delivers stable continuous power supply for large-scale industrial facilities, central power stations, mining zones, data centers, commercial complexes and medical hubs.

With a compact open dimension of 5400*2650*2650mm, the unit adopts a full copper heavy-duty radiator, customizable exhaust system and modular core components. It supports dual intelligent control systems (ComAp / Deepsea) with automatic parallel, ATS transfer and remote monitoring functions. Built to withstand high-temperature 50°C environments and arctic cold climate, the AP2250 Perkins genset features 30+ years design service life, low fuel consumption and reliable all-scenario operation, widely adopted in global industrial critical power projects.

The AP2250 genset adopts mature Perkins 4016 series engine platform with 30+ year design service life. Optimized fuel injection system reduces overall fuel consumption during long-hour continuous operation. All core wearing parts (air filter, circuit breaker, shock absorber, copper radiator) support full customization to match mining, power station and extreme environment working demands.

Optional matched 3mm thick steel acoustic canopy with high-density fireproof rockwool inside. Effectively lower running noise for commercial buildings, hospitals and downtown industrial parks, meeting international environmental noise emission standards.

Equipped with full copper large-flow radiator as standard configuration, supporting stable operation under ambient temperature up to 50°C. Customized exhaust louvers enhance heat dissipation efficiency, avoiding overheating failure under full heavy load in tropical mining and factory areas.

Custom heat recovery preheating system is available for low-temperature arctic regions. Matched ATS automatic transfer switch realizes seamless power switching without manual intervention, ensuring reliable startup and stable running under subzero cold conditions.

All AP2250 generator units are finished in AIKE POWER’s own industrial workshop, without intermediate distributors. Complete supporting spare parts supply system, global after-sales team and standardized pre-delivery testing to guarantee stable performance for long-term field operation.

We provide two mainstream international intelligent controllers as optional configurations: ComAp and Deepsea.

All AIKE POWER AP2250 series generators implement uniform global warranty regulations, three judgment standards, the earliest reached condition shall be regarded as the expiration date of warranty:

A. 15 months warranty period, counting from the date AIKE POWER delivers the unit to the first buyer;

B. 12 months after complete on-site installation of the generator set;

C. 1000 accumulated running hours of the unit.

During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged factory-original parts caused by manufacturing quality problems, and arrange overseas local after-sales engineers for remote guidance or on-site maintenance service. Damage caused by improper operation, human error or natural wear is not covered under free warranty.

Prime power (1600kW/2000kVA) is the rated continuous power for long-hour daily operation; Standby power (1800kW/2250kVA) is emergency peak power for short-time power outage backup, not suitable for long-term full-load continuous use.
