The AY165 120kW diesel generator set is a heavy-duty industrial standby power unit developed by Aike Power, matched with original Yuchai YC6B205-D20 turbocharged intercooled engine and self-excited brushless alternator with pure sine wave output.

Equipped with Deepsea intelligent control system, it supports auto start, AMF mains transfer, multi-unit parallel (max 32 sets) and remote communication monitoring. Two structural options (open frame / soundproof canopy) are available to cover construction, mining, hospital, commercial and off-grid plateau power supply.

All units pass full-load factory testing, compliant with ISO 8528, IEC and CE standards, featuring stable operation, low fuel consumption and strong environmental adaptability.

This brushless H-class insulation alternator adopts optimized winding design, with THF＜2% and steady-state voltage regulation ≤±1%. It delivers smooth pure sine wave current without waveform distortion, capable of driving various nonlinear loads including PLC, medical equipment, frequency converters and precision instruments. IP23 protection grade prevents dust and splashing water damage for long-term stable power supply.

Three optional Deepsea controllers meet different power station demands:

1. Standard DSE6020: Single unit auto start & AMF protection, backlit LCD real-time monitoring of speed, voltage, frequency and fault alarms;
2. Optional DSE7320: Mains monitoring, USB/RS485/RS232 remote communication, expandable input/output ports;
3. Optional DSE8610 Synchronizing Panel: Realize load sharing & parallel operation of up to 32 generator sets, record 250 running event logs for maintenance traceability.

All panels support PC software programming and full engine protection against over-speed, high temperature, low oil pressure and overload shutdown.

The unit runs reliably under -40℃ ~ 55℃ ambient temperature with reinforced cold start system, suitable for frigid zones, tropical high-humidity and sandstorm areas. Standard model works stably below 1500m altitude; customized plateau version supports 5000m high-altitude operation with low power derating.

Optional auxiliary parts: water jacket preheater, water-oil separator for low-temperature harsh areas.

Fitted with high-performance shock isolators and rigid integrated base frame, compact integrated structure effectively reduces mechanical vibration and running noise. Optimized engine combustion system cuts fuel consumption significantly:

• 100% load: 34.9L/Hr
• 75% load: 25.5L/Hr
• 50% load: 17.2L/Hr

Matched ripple flex exhaust pipe and industrial muffler further suppress exhaust noise, realizing eco-friendly low-emission operation.

Standardized modular design achieves high versatility of spare parts, simplifying accessory matching and daily overhaul. Matched with mature Yuchai industrial engine with extended overhaul intervals; electronic governor precisely controls fuel injection to reduce long-term operating costs. Universal dry-type air filter, fuel filter and oil filter are easy to replace with global spare parts supply support.

Equipped with main line circuit breaker to prevent overload and short-circuit damage. The control system integrates multi-shutdown protection functions: low oil pressure, high coolant temperature, over-speed, under/over voltage, frequency deviation. The whole set is equipped with safety guards for belt fan, dual 12V starting batteries and anti-backfire exhaust structure to avoid unexpected equipment failure.

This explosion diagram clearly displays all independent components of AY165 genset without adding or deleting any original details, including radiator, Yuchai engine, turbocharger, air filter, coupling, brushless alternator, Deepsea control panel, battery pack, rigid base frame, vibration isolators, industrial muffler and circuit breaker.

The structural drawing helps overseas engineers and maintenance staff quickly identify parts for repair and spare parts procurement, reducing after-sales maintenance difficulty.
